These diagrams indicate how the model looks before sewing it up. My idea is to make a lining for inside delicate models so that they can be padded with wool etc without it sticking out through the spaces between stitches. Best would be if a snail body could be made to support the shell......one day it will be so.
It should be possible to copy (press Control, c, together; then Paste (press Control, v, together) onto a new Word page. You could draw up a grid to size wanted and you might have more success than me....
More text is needed but for the moment one can imagine how to put a paper of fabric shape together.....or make a cloth toile to play with and adapt.....
